Job Title: Certified Landscape Specialist
Reports To: Production Supervisor
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary:
Grows and maintains homeowner or commercial landscape sites consisting of
turf, tree and shrub care by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Performs application of fertilizer and weed control.
- Organizes daily production and service calls.
- Performs light vehicle maintenance such as inspecting, washing and vacuuming.
- Schedules wear-and-tear vehicle maintenance.
- Daily customer contact.
- Completes invoices and reports.
- Performs route driving.
- Sell add on services to existing clients and developing new customers.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Driving Ability:
Must have a valid Georgia driver's license. A background check of your driving
record will be completed.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and
memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present
information in one-on-one and small-group situations to customers, clients,
and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using
whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio,
and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished
in written, oral, or diagram form.
Technology Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of cellular
phones and Microsoft Office.
Customer Service Skills:
Must be comfortable interacting with customers on a daily basis whether by phone
or in person. Ability to deal with customer complaints in a professional and
positive manner.
Certificates and Licenses:
Pesticide Applicator License preferred.
