is an independent research firm that conducts interviews with thousands of Atlanta
area homeowners to evaluate the performance of home service providers such as
roofers, painters and lawn treatment companies. Companies cannot "buy"
a good rating. They have to earn it.
We've worked hard to earn our "A" rating 10 years in a row. In some
of the verbatim comments we've seen, there are certain attributes that consumers
want in a lawn treatment company that we provide: We do what we say we're going
to do and we do it efficiently and with care.
Arbor-Nomics also puts a lot of emphasis on the products we use to treat your
lawn and the technicians who apply it. We could use lower quality, lower priced
products but then your lawn wouldn't look as good. That's why we use top-of-the-line
fertilizers and weed controls. And our technicians are all formally trained
so they do the job right.
So while we don't like to beat our chests often, we must say that we're proud
