October 10, 2007: According to the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division, even though a level four drought response has been put into effect for the northern third of the state, homeowners are allowed to water their lawns for 30 days following professional aeration and overseeding and can water the day of a professional herbicide or pesticide application.
